Money Lessons
Mob are known to be resourceful and resilient, but we know how tough it can be when a natural disaster hits — especially when it impacts your family, community, and your finances. Whether it’s a flood, a fire, a cyclone or something else entirely, our worlds can be shaken up by events outside our control.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with CommBank and Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand to create these Community Disaster Readiness Tools — free resources to help Mob plan ahead, stay strong, and bounce back when times get tough.
The Readiness Wheel provides general tips and suggestions to help prepare forpossible emergency events or natural disasters. CLICK ON THE PDF BELOW TO SEE THE FULL READINESS WHEEL.
The Community Connector Card has been designed to support Mob to preparefor and respond to emergencies and significant climate-related events in your community. The activity is designed to prompt group discussion and create awareness of potential issues or events that may occur and document the support and services that are available both nationally and locally. CLICK ON THE PDF BELOW TO SEE THE FULL VERSION OF THE COMMUNITY CONNECTOR CARD.
